PMWS

PMWS is a newly emerged disease of pigs. Ang nakakaasar mahirap syang i-diagnose kasi ang signs e halos kapareho rin ng swine fever at PRV at iba pang mga sakit na baboy na dulot ng virus at bakteria.
Today I attended a seminar about PMWS and Mycotoxins in Makati. I was so surprised to see Dr. Joseph there. He's now involved with Nuevo Milenio Inc. the local distributor of Impextraco. These companies are the sponsors together with DLSU-Araneta.
As usual Dr. Jonelle was there with her boss. In every event that they attend they make it a point to ask the most number of questions be it essential or not.
Dr. Baby from Limcoma was also there.
The speakers were:

• Dr. Francois Medec - A French expert on PMWS.
• Dr. Romeo Sanchez - From UPLB, he has done several papers about PMWS in Philippines and in Europe.
• Mathieu Cortyl - He's connected with Impextraco.
