Indonesia: Things I learned
·
· English is minimal in most Indosesians.
· I may not take red-eye flights again.
· I hate turbulence!
· AirAsia Indonesia would not allow passengers to sit in premium seats even if they’re empty.
· I won’t pre-order airline food again. They’re not good anyway up there.
· Jakarta Airport Shuttle Bus is available 24 hours.
· Borobudur is really magnificent!
· The Borobudur sunrise tour is really recommended. No crowds. Not sunny. Silent.
· Jogja or Yogyakarta is an autonomous city.
· Food in each region of Indonesia differs.
· Tofu is everywhere.
· Masjid or chapels are also in every neighborhood that each morning, the morning is prayer is like on a surround sound system. There’s one in each direction and is so loud.
· Multilingual touts are aplenty in Jakarta’s Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. Beware!
